We had a delightful stay at the charming Grace House. The rooms were comfortable and the decoration was pretty and cute. The hostess, although a bit mind-wandering at times, was very friendly and helpful during our check-in. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a great morning walk along the nearby Ping River and easy access to the city for exploring. The breakfast, although a small portion, was delicious and we were even allowed a second helping without any extra charge. I highly recommend Grace House Chiangmai Bed & Breakfast for a pleasant stay in Chiang Mai.

The strategic location makes it easy to explore the city, with the option of renting a bike or bicycle for a scenic morning walk along the river. It's also conveniently close to the Night Bazaar and Tha Phae Gate. The reasonable price, especially during the festival season, makes it a perfect choice for a stay in November, December, or January. The freshly made breakfast is basic, but decent and satisfying. it's a clean and comfortable stay with great value for money.

That the hotel was a bit far from the city center, although it was close to the bustling night market. the bathroom in the room was on the smaller side, while the washing room next to it was quite spacious.
